QUETTA: One person was injured in a blast took place on Link Badini Road in the Sariab area of provincial capital on Tuesday.
Police official confirmed that the explosion happened shortly after a police vehicle passed the spot.
One person was injured in the blast, and a nearby vehicle was damaged. Security forces quickly reached the area and cordoned off the area.
A bomb disposal team has been called to check the type and cause of the explosion.

In another incident, woman’s body recovered from Dasht plains of Quetta.
According to rescue officials, the woman was shot dead, aged 40 to 45 years old.
