Islamabad: US Vice President JD Vance has departed for Islamabad to lead the American delegation in crucial negotiations with Iran.
Speaking to the media at the airport before departure, Vance stated that President Donald Trump has provided clear and important directives for the talks.
He expressed hope that the upcoming negotiations in Islamabad would yield significant progress.
“Our goal is to have constructive and positive negotiations with Iran,” Vance added.
JD Vance will chair the high-level US delegation during the talks in the Pakistani capital.
