U.S., Iran May Hold Second Round of Talks in Islamabad

WASHINGTON: According to U.S. media reports, citing two Pakistani officials, the United States and Iran have signaled their willingness to attend a second round of negotiations in Islamabad. Both sides have reportedly informed mediators about their possible arrival in Islamabad for talks.

This development comes at a time when Donald Trump has announced that he does not intend to extend the ceasefire.

In his latest statement, he warned that if Iran does not agree to a deal, the United States is fully prepared to carry out bombing and military action.
