US ambassador condemns brutal attack in Khuzdar

ISLAMABAD: The US Ambassador In Islamabad Natalie A. Bakcer  has  condemned the brutal attack and killing of innocent children in Khuzdar. The US Ambassador has said that their hearted sympathies are with the families of the students and other martyrs. The killing of children is unacceptable.

The U.S. chargé d’affaires has said, “We share in the grief of those who have lost their loved ones.

No child should have to feel fear while going to school. We stand with Pakistan in its efforts to end this violence.”

At least six people, including three school girls and two boys, were martyred when an IED struck an Army Public School (APS) vehicle near the Zero Point area of Khuzdar district in Balochistan on Wednesday morning.

At least 43 others that including 18 schoolgirls, 12 boys, women, and men were injured in the blast.

According to reports, the blast specifically targeted the APS vehicle. Authorities confirmed that dozens of students of the Army Public School were injured in the explosion.
