BANNU: At least two militants were killed in an intelligence-based operation conducted by security forces in Bakakhil Tehsil of Bannu district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Monday morning.
According to details, security forces raided a hideout after receiving intelligence about the presence of terrorists in Bakakhil Tehsil.
During the raid, an exchange of fire took place, resulting in the elimination of two terrorists affiliated with the designated terrorist group Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
The TTP, also known as Fitna al-Khawarij, confirmed the death of its two members in the operation.
