QUETTA: As many as two persons lost their lives in separate incidents in Balochistan on Saturday.
According to details, the unknown gunmen opened fire in the Koki area of Dera Bugti district, killing a man identified as Dadan Bugti.
Levies officials confirmed that the attackers managed to escape after committing the crime.
The rescue team shifted the body to the hospital and later handed over to the family after necessary legal procedures.
A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to trace the suspects.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a speeding passenger coach on the Quetta-Karachi National Highway (N-25) near Nursery in Windar, Sonmiani.

According to Police, the deceased has been identified as Ashok Kumar, son of Rano Mal, a resident of Jailani Market, Windar. The deceased body was handed over to the family after legal formalities. The coach involved in the accident has been taken into custody, and further legal action is being pursued.
