QUETTA: A tragic traffic accident occurred near the toll plaza on the Quetta-Chaman Highway, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including a woman, and leaving seven others injured, among them children.
According to police reports, the incident happened when a speeding pickup (Datsun) lost control and overturned.
The victims were reportedly on their way to attend a wedding ceremony at the time of the crash.
Three people died on the spot due to the impact, while the injured were swiftly transported to the Trauma Center at Mezi Adda, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.
Initial investigations suggest that the accident was caused by overspeeding and a loss of control of the vehicle.
