PESHAWAR: Hand grenade attacks in Balochistan’s Chaman district and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Lakki Marwat district resulted in the deaths of 3 people and left 7 others injured.
According to police, a hand grenade exploded inside a house in the Bahram Khel area of Lakki Marwat, killing a man named Rasheed, his sister-in-law, and his young nephew, while injuring 3 children. A case regarding the incident has not yet been registered.
Meanwhile, in Chaman, unidentified individuals targeted laborers working on the construction of a national highway with a hand grenade.
Police stated that the attack killed one laborer and injured four others.
The attackers hurled the grenade while the laborers were asleep.
The injured have been shifted to Quetta for medical treatment.
