RAWALPINDI: The DG ISPR has said that there is no good or bad Taliban for Us. While giving briefing to the media persons, the DG ISPR LT General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhary said that we are not against Afghanistan but the militancy originating from there.
He said that Pakistan did not launch any strike on Afghanistan. He said that Pakistan does not attack without prior information.
LT Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhary affirmed that we launched military attack in October after we had announced it.
DG ISPR said that there is a debate going on about the greater Pashtoonistan.
He affirmed that there will be no more dialogues without a verifiable action against the militants.
The DG ISPR said that committees have been launched against militancy. He further said that Pakistan does not distinguish TTP and TTA.
The DG ISPR said that the weapons left behind by the U.S Army and NATO of 7 billion dollars were recovered from Mianwali.
These weapons and missiles are a mighty threat to the entire world. He said that drugs are bought through these weapons.
LT Gen Ahmed Sharif categorically demanded that Afghan government should take action against the Taliban Regime.
We are launching operations in Punjab and KP. He said that the anti-state social media accounts are being run from the foreign countries.
LT Gen Ahmed Sharif made it clear that Pakistan never launches attacks on the civilians.
He asked that till what time there will be an interim government in Afgahnistan.
