QUETTA: The honor killing case’s investigation has made a rapid progress and the postmortem report is published now.
The medical team of the Baluchistan government has said that the incident took place on 4th June 2025.
The report further narrates that the woman named Bano was shot by 7 bullets whereas the man named Ehsanullah was shot by 9 bullets.
Earlier, the Baluchistan government filed the lawsuit on its own behalf.
The chief minister Baluchistan Sarfaraz Bugti vowed his resolute to serve justice to the victims.
He disclosed that the couple had no martial relations.
Both the woman and the woman had kids already.
He said that those who were present there, did not even dare to file an FIR of the incident.
It was the viral video on the social media which led the state to file the lawsuit on its own behalf.

It is worth mentioning that the horrible incident took place in the Degari area of Baluchistan where a woman and a man were shot-dead in front of some 17 people in the name of honor and the video was released on the social media on Sunday.
