Lakki Marwat: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police successfully foiled ‘Fitna al-Khawarij’ terrorist attack on Gambela police station in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to police source, the police personnel opened fire after sensing the movement of ‘Fitna al-Khawarij’ terrorists near the Gambela police station. The terrorists fled the scene after the police took timely action against them. The brave police personnel of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remained completely safe in the attack and the terrorist attack of capturing the police station was failed.
IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed lauded the KP police efforts of foiling the terrorist attempt of attacking the police, he called and paid tribute to the Lakki Marwat police personnel for their bravery and timely action against the terrorists.

Regional Police Officer (RPO) Bannu Region Sajjad Khan has confirmed that the police force is already on alert and equipped with modern technology to deal with the terrorist attack.
