Rawalpindi – Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal General Syed Asim Munir, has stated that the terrorists operating in Balochistan are instigated by India and have no connection with the Baloch people.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), he made these remarks during an interaction with vice chancellors, principals, and senior faculty members from various universities.
He emphasized that water is a red line for Pakistan and that the basic right of 240 million Pakistanis to access water will never be compromised.
Highlighting the value of educators, General Munir said, “Teachers are the greatest asset of Pakistan. Whatever I am today is because of my parents and my teachers.”
He further stated that teachers are responsible for shaping the character of the next generation and passing down Pakistan’s true narrative.
Referring to the struggle for truth, he said that when a nation stands united like an iron wall, no force in the world can break it.
Regarding the Kashmir issue, General Munir affirmed that Pakistan will never accept any compromise on Kashmir and will never forget it.
He reiterated that India’s efforts to suppress the Kashmir issue for decades have failed and are no longer viable.
He declared that Pakistan will never accept India’s dominance in the region.
He also asserted that terrorism is an internal issue of India, mainly driven by increasing oppression and intolerance towards minorities, especially Muslims, while Kashmir remains a global issue.
