Barkhan – Security forces conducted a targeted operation in the mountainous area between Narli and Foj Ali, successfully arresting a facilitator of a banned militant group, according to security sources.
The detained individual is believed to have been involved in aiding terrorists and planning attacks on sensitive installations.
Authorities have confirmed that further investigation and interrogation are currently underway.
In recent weeks, multiple commanders and operatives of banned outfits have been apprehended in Balochistan, while several others have been neutralized in armed encounters with security forces.
These militants are not only responsible for attacks on security personnel but have also murdered innocent civilians who refused to pay extortion or collaborate in their violent schemes.
Numerous citizens were falsely accused of aiding security forces and subsequently killed.
Moreover, these extremist groups have carried out attacks on trains, buses, roads, bridges, gas pipelines, and various other state-owned infrastructures, causing immense damage.
