Tehran says six US warships hit in Kuwait, soldiers killed in UAE

TEHRAN : Iran has launched a series of military operations, claiming to have used cluster bombs against Israel while also striking US assets in Kuwait and Dubai, according to state-run and Russian media reports.

Iranian media, citing the Revolutionary Guards, stated that the attacks were part of the 84th wave of operations under “Sadegh’s Promise” (Fourth). Officials claimed that suicide drones targeted American personnel on a beach and at a hotel in Dubai, resulting in the deaths of several US soldiers. No independent confirmation of these claims was immediately available.

Russian media reported that Iran was targeting high-rise buildings in Tel Aviv, with air defense sirens sounding across the city as missiles entered Israeli airspace, forcing residents to take shelter.

Separately, Iranian media reported that the military had struck six US tactical ships at Shuwaikh port in Kuwait. According to the reports, three warships sank while the remaining three were set ablaze. The Pentagon and Kuwaiti authorities have not yet issued official statements regarding the alleged attacks.

The claims mark a significant escalation in regional tensions, though verification remains

pending.
