Tania Bazai: Balochistan celebrates Eid peacefully despite threats

QUETTA: Senior lawyer and Analyst Tanzia Bazai has said that Balochistan witnessed peaceful and joyous Eid celebrations across the province, despite recent threats from the group referred to as “Fitna al-Hindustan.”

Speaking on the situation, Tania Bazai said that the people of Balochistan no longer take such threats seriously and have shown unity and resilience in the face of propaganda.

“Their threats were ignored by the people, and Eid was celebrated with full enthusiasm throughout the province,” Bazai said. “The overall environment remained peaceful, and no major incidents were reported.”

She further criticized the spread of fake and outdated videos during the week, particularly related to Nushki, which she described as part of a failed propaganda campaign aimed at destabilizing the region.

She said that their campaign was a complete failure. They spent the whole week circulating false visuals, but the people of Balochistan stood united and undeterred.
