ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry said that everyone is aware of PTI’s so-called political contributions, and the public has now clearly seen the party’s condition in the Peshawar rally.
He stated that not a single development project was mentioned at the gathering; the entire event was filled only with criticism and negativity.
Talal Chaudhry added that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is facing terrorism and multiple other challenges, yet PTI offered no solutions.
He said that statements once used metaphorically were proven true in practice during PTI’s rally.
Those who reached power by leaning on others are now attacking state institutions, he stated.
He further said that the PTI founder never spoke in favor of the martyrs, never criticized India or Israel, and consistently targeted Pakistan’s own institutions instead.
According to him, this attitude has long been the party’s pattern ,criticizing the very state agencies that safeguard the country.
He questioned for how long such rhetoric can be ignored, adding that PTI is not even worthy of receiving a response.
Talal Chaudhry remarked that he now feels embarrassed that PTI was ever invited for dialogue.
He also slammed PTI for lacking respect for women and failing to raise their voice for education.
Calling the PTI founder “mentally unstable,” Talal Chaudhry said such a person could never speak in favor of Pakistan, nor could anyone benefit from him.
Without certain “shoulders,” he said, the PTI founder could never have become prime minister.
He added that PTI members are becoming a threat even to other inmates in Adiala Jail, and that the founder’s entire life is surrounded by scandals.
He concluded that if PTI cannot win an election in Haripur, they cannot compete in Lahore or Faisalabad either.
