NAWABSHAH: A violent domestic dispute in the Liaquat Market area turned tragic when a son allegedly threw acid on his father and brothers, leaving them with severe burn injuries.
According to police and rescue officials, the accused poured a bottle full of acid on his family members following an argument. The father and his sons sustained serious burns in the attack.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene promptly after receiving information and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. A heavy contingent of police also reached the spot, but the accused managed to flee before they could apprehend him.
Authorities have launched a search operation to track down the suspect. Police officials stated that the accused would be taken into custody soon.
