QUETTA: The recent claims circulating on social media regarding the alleged suspension of courts in Taftan, Nokundi, and Mashkhel have been strongly refuted as baseless propaganda.
The reports suggesting that the Balochistan High Court has temporarily halted judicial proceedings in these areas are entirely false and misleading.
The misinformation spread by an online network identified as “Fitna al-Hindustan,” appears to be aimed at creating confusion among the public and undermining confidence in the judicial system of Balochistan.
As far as reality is concerned; regular court proceedings are continuing without interruption in Taftan, Nokundi, and Mashkhel.
In this sense, the legal officials confirmed that hearings involving Balochistan Youth Council (BYC) members and other accused individuals are taking place as scheduled.
The cases are being processed transparently and in full accordance with legal standards.
Meanwhile, the judicial authorities stated that the dissemination of false information on social media poses a serious threat to public trust and stability.
The Balochistan High Court has not issued any notification or order related to the suspension of any subordinate courts in the province.
