KARACHI: Sherry Rehman’s only daughter, Marvi Khurshid Malik, has died at the age of 39, family sources said on Sunday.
Malik suffered a brain embolism and was moved to a private hospital in Karachi in critical condition. Doctors placed her on a ventilator, but she did not survive.
Political, social, and media circles expressed grief and offered condolences to the family.
Funeral prayers will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, in Karachi. The funeral procession will depart from Old Clifton at 3:30 p.m.
Messages of condolence continued to pour in, with prayers for the deceased and strength for the bereaved family.
