QUETTA: The Senate standing committees on finance and commerce visit Balochistan in order to review the trade hurdles and the challenges for the Balochistan traders.
The members of the committees met the trade leaders and discussed the ongoing situation related to law and order and closure of border.
Senator Abdul Qadir said that the senate committees aim to seize the opportunities to promote barter system through borders.
He said that barter system is affective and quite productive in countries like Russia and China today.
He further said that with the closure of Iran border, trade could be quite challenging through banking so we should prioritize barter system with Iran and Afghanistan.

The members of the committees assured the traders that the hurdles will soon be eliminated.
