BEIJING: China has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment and support for Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
According to sources, China has decided to expand its cooperation with Pakistan in defense, security, and counter-terrorism, with both nations announcing a strengthened security partnership.
Furthermore, a decision has been made to boost trade activities through the Gwadar and Khunjerab corridors.
In a joint statement issued at the conclusion of the Prime Minister of Pakistan’s visit, both countries announced the beginning of a new era in their bilateral relations and pledged to accelerate steps toward the implementation of CPEC Phase Two (CPEC-II).
