Security meeting held in Harnai to review law and order

HARNAI: The high-level meeting on law and order was convened under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Harnai, bringing together senior district officials and law enforcement representatives to review the security situation and outline measures for maintaining peace in the region.

In this regard, the meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Harnai, the Assistant Commissioner, Station House Officers (SHOs) of all police stations, investigation officers, and in-charges of various check-posts across the district.

The participants discussed the current state of law and order, operational challenges, and future strategies to strengthen security.

So far, the Deputy Commissioner Harnai directed all officials to present detailed reports of their respective areas.

He focused on the need for strict action against proclaimed offenders and urged law enforcement personnel to leave no room for negligence in this regard.

In this sense, the Deputy Commissioner further instructed that snap checking should be carried out on a daily basis, with particular focus on monitoring the movement of suspicious individuals and vehicles.

He noted that such measures were essential to ensure the effective enforcement of law and to maintain a secure environment for the public.

In addition, the mentions the importance of coordination, the Deputy Commissioner encouraged law enforcement officials to remain vigilant and proactive in dealing with potential threats.

He underlined that peace and stability in the district depended on the collective efforts of the administration and security forces.

Additionally, the issues which is faced by the Levies Force were also discussed in detail. The government personnel briefed the Deputy Commissioner on the challenges confronting personnel in the field, including shortages of resources and operational requirements.

The meeting ended with a joint commitment from all attending officials to strengthen coordination, enforce the law without discrimination, and continue efforts to maintain lasting peace in Harnai.
