KECH: Security forces have seized a weapons-laden vehicle in Kech district of Balochistan on Monday.
According to officials, a large cache of illegal weapons during a checkpoint operation in Balochistan’s Kech district.
Forces stopped a suspected pickup truck at a WHQ checkpoint in the Sami area of Tump tehsil. A search of the vehicle led to the recovery of weapons and ammunition.
Authorities confiscated 100 pistols, two M4 rifles, 100 pistol magazines, and two M4 magazines.
Security personnel arrested the driver and another occupant at the scene. Officials identified them as Arifullah, son of Muhammad Khair Ullah Khan, and Inayat Ullah, son of Mehmood Ali Khan. Both are residents of Bannu.
Forces took the suspects into custody and launched further investigations.
