Slaman Khan’s disputed comment draws backlash

ISLAMABAD: Veteran Bollywood star Slaman Khan’s disputed comment about Balochistan has  backfired and the Pakistani netizens have given him a piece of advice to take care of Khalistan.

According to details, the Bollywood star Salman Khan had made a disputed comment over Balochistan by referring the Pakistan’s province as a country.

While talking to media in Riyadh, Suadi Arabia, Salam Khan had said that when a Bollywood, Telegu, Tamil or Malayalam film is released in Saudia Arabia, it becomes a superhit and it makes a business of hundreds of millions.

The reason is that people from different countries come here. The people come here from Balochistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan for jobs.

Salman Khan disputed and provocative talk goes viral on the social media and the social media users have slammed him for making such controversial comments.

A user named Heer called Salman ‘a stooge’ and said by tagging him

‘ Balochistan is the part of Pakistan, you ought to think about Khalistan’ .

Another user reminded of Khalistan on Salman’s video and commented ‘Salman too has a worldwide fan following including those in Khalistan, Hindustan and Afghanistan.

Another user made it clear to Salman by saying: ‘Balochistan is Pakistan’s province, not a state, but yes, Khalistan is definitely a state.’

Another user told Salman Khan, ‘You have a great fanbase in Khalistan as well.’

A man named Zain asked Salman, ‘Why didn’t you name Khalistan? The residents of Khalistan too visit India for jobs.

It is worth mentioning that the Same Salman Khan had once made a contrary comment and had said ‘Pakistan too has a challenge of terrorism in the areas like Balochistan, but it never blames neighboring countries for the militancy.

India too should resolve the matter of militancy in a tactful way instead of blame-game.

It is worth mentioning that Pakistan have put forth India’s involvement for spreading militancy in Balochistan on numerous occasions.

Such comments from the Indian actors consolidate Pakistan’s stance.
