LAHORE: Senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and former federal minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that Pakistan does not want war with India and it is India’s habit to make false allegations against without any evidence to hide its own failure.
Khawaja Saad Rafique expressed these views while addressing a ceremony on Friday in Lahore. He said that the South Asia is going through a sad situation these days because of India’s aggressions towards the neighboring countries and showing intension of attacking Pakistan after the Pahalgam incident in occupied Kashmir.
PML-N leader further said that the people of India should think who is the beneficiary of Pahalgam attack? Who is doing politics on the Pakistan issue and promoting hate against the millions of Muslims in India?
Regarding the Pakistan stance after the Pahalgam incident, former minister said Pakistan conducted itself properly in this crisis, adding that if Pakistan is ready for an impartial investigation, then why India is avoiding the chance of solving the issue peacefully.
“Pakistan does not want a war in the region and bloodshed on both sides. The Indian leadership has to decide how long they want to keep Pakistan engaged. If a war breaks out, India will be at a much greater loss than Pakistan” he said.
