QUETTA: In Nasirabad’s Phileji (Khiya) area, unidentified armed men opened fire, killing a man named Joru Khan before fleeing the scene.
According to police, the body was taken into custody, shifted to the hospital for necessary procedures, and later handed over to the family.
A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
Separately, in Gwadar, a pickup truck and a passenger coach collided on the Coastal Highway near the Jewni Katai crossing, leaving one person seriously injured.
The injured individual was immediately moved to a hospital, and local authorities are continuing their inquiry into the incident.
Meanwhile, in Bolan, a motorcycle rider lost his life after a collision with a passenger van on the National Highway near Pir Panja.

Police reported that the victim, identified as Akbar Khan, died on the spot. His body was taken for official procedures and then released to his family. A case has been filed, and investigations are ongoing.
