Sydney: Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam Top the List of Slowest Batters in Big Bash League
In the ongoing Big Bash League (BBL) season, Pakistan’s star players Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam have claimed the top two spots on the list of the slowest batters based on strike rate.
Both players were expected to deliver explosive and hard-hitting performances by their respective teams, but instead, they have adopted a traditional, cautious approach to their batting.
Mohammad Rizwan leads the list of the slowest strikers this season with a strike rate of 102.74. In 10 innings, he has scored 187 runs at an average of 18.7, without managing to score even a single half-century.
Following him is Babar Azam, with a strike rate of 107.48. In 9 matches, Babar has accumulated 201 runs at an average of 28.71, including two half-centuries.
The third position is held by Sam Konstas with a strike rate of 110.21, while Tom Rogers is fourth with a strike rate of 127.50.
