Reko Diq Mining Company launches training program for local youth employment

CHAGAI: Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC) has launched a Community Mentorship Training Program aimed at providing professional guidance to educated and skilled youth of the area.

According to details, RDMC’s Human Resources Department, led the training program and it is designed to equip local young men and women with essential skills required to successfully compete for employment opportunities. The training includes sessions on CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace readiness, helping participants build confidence and practical knowledge for future job recruitment processes.

RDMC also organized training sessions for 114 individuals from surrounding villages including Humai, Durbin Chah, and Tang Kachao. The goal is to ensure that local residents are not only beneficiaries of development but also active participants in the Balochistan’s growing mining industry.

While talking to media persons on the occasion, RDMC’s HR Lead Inayatullah Kabdani said that RDMC goal is to create ease and opportunity for people, especially in the nearby villages and Chagai district. By enhancing local capacity—particularly among youth and women.
