QUETTA: Pakistan’s armed forces have launched another successful operation in Kolwah area of Balochistan where a prominent commander of an Indian-backed militant organization (Baloch Republican Army) BRAS, Ameer Alias Baba was killed. Baba was the in charge of BRAS’s camp in Kolwah.
Baba got funds and ammunition support from India to carry out militant attacks and other anti-state activities. He led terrorist activities by launching attacks not only on armed forces but also on the patriotic civilians and the government installation.
Baba, along with other terrorists was aiming to target military check posts and some important points launched for the completion of some major projects of development in Balochistan. He was consistently in touch with the RAW and some so-called political and nationalists in Balochistan.
The security forces came to know about his presence and launched a successful operation. As the result, Baba was killed in an encounter with the security forces. It is worth mentioning that in another encounter with the Indian-sponsored terrorists, some 23 BLA’s militants were killed in the Panjgur area of Balochistan.
It is notable that India, after its massive defeat in war on border, has activated its proxies in Balochistan. Despite Pakistan unveiling investable evidences on the global level, India is shamelessly plotting militant attacks in Balochistan causing unrest and instability in the largest province of Pakistan.
