ISLAMABAD: Advisor to the Prime Minister and Senator Rana Sanaullah has announced that Pakistan is formulating a new, aggressive policy to eliminate terrorism. He stated that this strategy will target terrorists both inside the country and at their external training camps.
In an interview, Sanaullah accused India’s intelligence agency, RAW, of supporting these terrorists and claimed the Afghan government is providing them safe havens. He warned that the new policy is designed to “completely eliminate them both here and there.”

He also issued a strong warning to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government, led by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. Sanaullah stated that if the provincial government is found to be “a helper of terrorists, it will also continue to disappear.” He further clarified that the constitution does not allow Gandapur to independently negotiate with Afghanistan.
Separately, on the topic of new provinces, Sanaullah mentioned that the decision is still under discussion and no final verdict has been made yet.
