QUETTA: Leader of Pakistan Peoples Party and Member National Assembly Jamal Raisani has welcomed the United States government’s recent decision to designate the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and its Majeed Brigade as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT).
While sharing his statement on social media, MNA Raisani expressed his appreciation for what he called a long-overdue recognition of the BLA’s violent activities in Balochistan.
Raisani termed this development to Pakistan’s consistent diplomatic efforts, the leadership of Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir, and strong political representation on international platforms.

Raisani further said that the blood of the martyrs will not go in vain, and that this move should serve as a lesson for political figures who express sympathy toward the BLA.
