QUETTA: Some heavy rains are expected in the coming days in several areas of Balochistan.
The meteorology department has made a forecast that there will be heavy rains on July 30 and 31 in many cities.
The forecast suggests that there will be rains Sibi, Harnai, Quetta, Ziarat, Kalat, Dera Bugti, Loralai and other districts with thunderstorm.
The PDMA has given the threats of floods in the rainwater streams.
The assistant commissioners of all these areas have already been advised to take all the necessary measures in this regard.
The people living near the rainwater streams are advised to stay alert in any untoward situation.
All the equipment and the machinery has been shifted to the areas that are thought to be more sensitive.

It is worth mentioning that as many as some 20 people in Balochistan have lost their lives during the ongoing Monsoon season from 28th June.
