Heavy rain about to hit Pakistan tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorology department has forecasted another spell of rain in Pakistan from 4th to 7th August.

The report says the new wave of Monsoon winds is about to enter in Pakistan which will cause heavy rains starting from tomorrow in Northern, North Western, Central and Southern Pakistan.

There will be heavy rains in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltitstan, Islamabad, Upper Punjab and KP.

The report suggests that there will be rain and heavy winds in the North-Eastern districts of Balochistan on 6th August.

At the same time, a heavy spell of rains will hit Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Murree, and Galiyat.

The tourists have been warned regarding the threats of the land-sliding.

The low-lying areas are endangered to be affected with floods. The citizens have been advised to take necessary precaution measures.

The weather department has advised the concerned department to stay on high alert and do prior actions.
