LAHORE: The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast rain in Lahore and several other districts of Punjab from tonight through March 16.
Weather officials say temperatures in Lahore have already begun to ease after days of rising heat. Winds are currently blowing at around 8 kilometers per hour, according to the department.
Experts say the expected rainfall will likely bring a noticeable drop in temperatures. Meteorologists estimate the temperature could fall by three to four degrees Celsius once the rain begins.
