Punjab Stands with Balochistan: Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz

QUETTA: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz addressed a ceremony at FC Headquarters in Quetta, pledging full support for Balochistan.

She said Punjab is not leaving Balochistan alone. “Whatever Punjab has, we will share with you,” she said.

Maryam Nawaz announced that Punjab will provide Rs10 billion to the Frontier Corps to strengthen its capabilities. “No enemy can harm Pakistan if we remain united as one nation,” she added.

The Chief Minister praised the sacrifices of FC personnel. “You face hardships to fulfill your responsibilities. Punjab salutes your dedication. Allah has given you courage like a rock,” she said.

She warned that enemies are attacking with full preparation. “Now is the time to clearly distinguish right from wrong. People and politicians must have no confusion. Anyone who weakens Pakistan, whether from within or outside, is our worst enemy,” she said.

Maryam Nawaz said Pakistan faces fifth-generation warfare, where every hand holds a screen and the enemy targets minds. “The weapon in this war is not a gun but narrative,” she said.

She emphasized national unity. “The 18th Amendment gave us administrative autonomy, not division. We cannot be fragmented by factions,” she said.

Commenting on a recent attack in Islamabad, she said, “We face cruel enemies who do not spare even worshippers. That day, I said the nation must take tough decisions. There can be no ambiguity. Anyone taking up arms against the country is an enemy, no matter the reason.”
