LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed match timings for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League, with the tournament set to run from March 26 to May 3.
The board said day matches will start at 2:30 PM PST, while night games will begin at 7:00 PM PST throughout the 39-day event.
The opening match will begin later than usual. Defending champions Lahore Qalandars will face debutants Hyderabad Kingsmen at 8:00 PM PST on March 26 at Gaddafi Stadium.
PSL 11 will feature eight teams for the first time. New franchises Hyderabad Kingsmen and RawalPindiz join the competition.
The tournament will include 44 matches across six cities. Faisalabad and Peshawar will host PSL matches for the first time. They join Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi.

Gaddafi Stadium will host 15 matches, including the final on May 3. The PCB has scheduled May 4 as a reserve day.
The playoffs will begin with Qualifier 1 in Rawalpindi on April 28. Lahore will host Eliminator 1 on April 29, Eliminator 2 on May 1, and the final.
