PSL 10: Quetta set 202-run target for Lahore

Lahore: Quetta Gladiators Set 202-Run Target for Lahore Qalandars in PSL Season 10 Final.In the grand final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, Quetta Gladiators set a formidable target of 202 runs for Lahore Qalandars.

Gladiators’ captain won the toss and opted to bat first, scoring 201 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.Mohammad Nawaz played a brilliant innings, scoring 76 runs off 43 balls, smashing 4 sixes and 8 fours, and emerged as the top scorer for his team.

The innings began with Saud Shakeel and Finn Allen opening, but Saud fell early, scoring just 4 runs, dismissed by Shaheen Afridi at a team total of 17. Salman Mirza then removed Allen for 12.

Rilee Rossouw was caught off Sikandar Raza after scoring 22, with the team total at 58. Shaheen Afridi struck again, dismissing Avishka Fernando for 29 at a total of 125.

Meanwhile, Hassan Nawaz kept the momentum going and completed his half-century in just 27 balls. He eventually scored 76 runs before being dismissed by Shaheen Afridi in the 18th over at 172.

Mohammad Amir and Abrar Ahmed fell without scoring, both dismissed by Haris Rauf with the score at 177. Faheem Ashraf was dismissed on the final ball of the innings, with the total at 201.

From Lahore Qalandars, captain Shaheen Shah Afridi claimed 3 wickets, Salman Mirza and Haris Rauf took 2 each, while Sikandar Raza and Rashid Hussain picked up one wicket apiece.
