MAKKAH: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, along with the Pakistani delegation, offered special prayers (Nawafil) inside the Holy Kaaba and expressed gratitude to Allah for the significant achievement of the “Bunyan Marsous” operation.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, the visit to Saudi Arabia was made on the special invitation of Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman. During the visit, the Pakistani delegation performed Umrah during the night between Thursday and Friday.
The statement further revealed that the doors of the Holy Kaaba were specially opened for the Pakistani delegation.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief Asim Munir, accompanied by the delegation, offered Nawafil inside the Kaaba and thanked Allah for the recent success of the operation.
Additionally, they expressed gratitude for Pakistan’s recent achievements in the economic and public welfare sectors.
Special prayers were also offered for the progress and prosperity of the country and for the oppressed Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, and Information Minister Attaullah Tarar were also part of the delegation.
