KARACHI: A major decrease has been observed in gold prices across the country.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan has dropped by Rs 7,100.
As a result, the new rate for one tola of gold now stands at Rs 486,962.
The association further stated that the price of 10 grams of gold has also decreased by Rs 6,087, bringing it down to Rs 417,491.
Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices fell by $71 per ounce, settling at $4,642 per ounce.
