ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari said that our brave forces destroyed the India’s so-called military might.
President Asif Ali Zardari has said that we are proud of our armed forces for giving a strong and befitting reply to Indian aggression and violating our sovereignty.
President Zardari said in a statement, today the resolve of our nation is unparalleled, this resolve strengthens the two-nation theory of our ancestors.
He also congratulated Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu and Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf and all the forces whose bravery and tireless work led us to victory in this war.
He said that the nation should rejoice and also pray for those who were martyred in the Indian aggression.

President claimed that the establishment of lasting peace in South Asia lies in the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and other central issues, especially the Indus Water Treaty.
