Police gun down two terrorists in Dukki IBO

DUKKI: Security forces killed two wanted terrorists during a joint intelligence-based operation conducted by the police and the Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF) in the Killi Bakhtiar Khan area of Loni, located in the Dukki district.

 

The operation was led by DIG Police Loralai Range, Junaid Ahmed Sheikh. According to officials, the raid targeted a hideout of militants believed to be responsible for recent attacks on security personnel in the region.

During the ensuing exchange of fire, two terrorists were killed. An ATF personnel was also injured in the shootout and was shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment.

DIG Junaid Ahmed Sheikh confirmed that a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the slain militants. He identified the deceased as Sanaullah, son of Haibat Marri, and Jamalhan, son of Daulat, alias Dole Marri.

 

The DIG stated that both individuals were high-value targets wanted in multiple serious incidents. Notably, they were implicated in the attack on Frontier Corps (FC) personnel in Killi Bakhtiar Khan during the month of Ramadan, an incident which resulted in the martyrdom of five security personnel.
