PM Shehbaz Leaves for Official Visit to Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed for Saudi Arabia on a short official visit, officials said.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tahir Andrabi said in his statement that the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visit to Saudi Arabia is very important.

He is traveling at the invitation of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the country’s prime minister and crown prince.

During the visit, the prime minister will hold a meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

In the meeting, both leaders will discuss the ongoing tensions in the region, the regional security situation, and bilateral relations between the two countries.

The two leaders are scheduled to meet to discuss regional tensions, security issues, and bilateral relations.

Officials said the visit highlights Pakistan’s active diplomatic role in the region.
