ISLAMABAD: As Operation Ghazab Lil Haq continues along the border, the Prime Minister PM Shehbaz Sharif has issued a strong reaffirmation of the nation’s unwavering support for its armed forces, declaring that Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity will be defended at all costs.
In a series of powerful statements, the PM Shehbaz emphasized that the people of Pakistan and the armed forces stand united and are “always ready” to protect the country against any threat.
“The people of Pakistan and the armed forces are always ready to protect the security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country,” the Prime Minister stated, setting the tone for a resolute national posture.
The PM Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the military’s capability and determination, asserting that under no circumstances will the peace and security of the country be compromised. “Our armed forces are fully capable of crushing any aggressive intentions,” he added.
Specifically praising the military leadership, the PM Shehbaz noted that under the guidance of Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Pakistani armed forces are performing their duties with exceptional national spirit.
“The Pakistani armed forces are equipped with professional capabilities, high training and effective defense strategies and are fully capable of dealing with any internal or external challenge,” the Prime Minister said, underscoring the military’s readiness.
Reiterating a firm stance on national defense, the Prime Minister declared that there would be “no compromise on the defense of the beloved homeland” and that “every aggression will be met with a befitting reply.”
While acknowledging Pakistan’s longstanding commitment to promoting peace, the PM SHEHBAZ made it clear that the country’s integrity remains non-negotiable. “Pakistan has always promoted peace, however, the integrity of the country will not be compromised, and the Pakistani armed forces will resolutely confront every aggression.”
Concluding the statements with a unifying message, the PM Shehbaz affirmed that “the entire nation stands by the Pakistani armed forces,” sending a clear signal of national cohesion during ongoing operations.
