PM Shahbaz expressed grievance over the Quetta incident

ISLAMABAD: The Prime minister Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep grievance over the deaths of people in the Saryab Road blast incident.

A televised report has suggested that the prime minister contacted the chief minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti and express deep sorrow over the martyrdom of the political workers in Shahwani Stadium Blast incident.

The prime minister has said that the incident is a conspiracy to lead Balochistan to chaos and destabilization.

He affirmed his resolve that operations will be the launched until the elimination of the last militant in Balochistan.

He advised the CM to take all necessary measures for carrying out a fruitful investigation of the incident and provide the injured persons with all the facilities for their rapid recovery.

Earlier today, the CM Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti visited the Trauma Center and CMH Quetta to inquire about the health of the injured persons.

He assured the patients of full support by the Balochistan government.

He also advised the patients in the critical condition to be shifted in Karachi through helicopter.

It is worth mentioning that as many as 15 people lost lives in a tragic suicide attack in Quetta’s Shahwani Stadium yesterday.

The attack was launched in the parking area of a political procession arranged by PKMAP and BNP.

However, Sardar Akhtar Mengal and Mehmood Khan Achakzai survived as they had left the procession some 15 minutes before the horrible incident took place.
