QUETTA: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will resume flights between Karachi and Gwadar starting the first week of August, thanks to the efforts of the Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, Mohammad Junaid Anwaar Chaudhry.
Minister Chaudhry confirmed the development, stating that expanding air connectivity is essential to boosting commercial activities in Gwadar. He noted that previously, only one flight operated on this route, and the addition of new flights marks a significant step forward.
He added that the restoration of flights reflects the business-friendly vision of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and will support trade and development in the region.
