SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: The local brigade commander visited Sararogha, where he met tribal elders and residents to discuss security and public issues faced by the community.
In this sense, the commander focused on the importance of collective efforts in maintaining peace and stability in the region. He noted that the hard-earned peace was the result of great sacrifices made by security forces and the constant support of the people of South Waziristan. The commander assured the elders that their concerns regarding security and development would be given due consideration.
He underlined that the cooperation of local communities remains vital for strengthening stability and ensuring long-term progress in the area. He also reasserted that no miscreant or anti-state element would be allowed to disrupt the prevailing peace, adding that strict action would be taken against those attempting to destabilize the region.
The elders of Sararogha expressed appreciation for the security forces’ role in restoring normalcy and mentioned various issues related to public welfare and development. They assured the commander of their continued support for peace initiatives and pledged to work alongside the authorities in addressing community challenges.
