QUETTA: Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has said that a new series of rains in Balochistan will start from August 30.
According to details, PDMA informed that there is a possibility of thundershowers in various districts of the Balochistan from August 30 to September 2. These districts include Musa Khel, Daki, Harnai, Loralai, Dera Bugti and Kohlu.
Similarly, thundershowers are also expected in Sibi, Kachhi, Zhob, Sherani Kalat and Sorab, Khuzdar, Jafarabad, Naseerabad, Sohbatpur, Aosta Muhammad. The rains are likely to cause flooding in local rivers and canals.

The PDMA has issued instructions to tourists to be careful during the rains and travelers should also avoid unnecessary travel.
