Like millions of Muslims from around the world, well-known figures from Pakistan travelled to the holy cities during the annual pilgrimage and posted photos and videos from the sacred sites.
Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and is obligatory once in a lifetime for financially able Muslims. Every year, pilgrims from across the world gather in Makkah to perform the religious rites and offer prayers.
