Pakistan Army Hosts Special Day for Students in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Army hosted a special day for students in Peshawar to familiarize them with the army’s professional capabilities, responsibilities, and role in national security.

Students laid a floral wreath at the Martyrs’ Monument and recited Fatiha for the fallen soldiers.

They received detailed briefings on the army’s professional duties, operational responsibilities, and military functions.

The Peshawar Corps Commander praised the students’ keen interest and answered their questions in detail.

Students inspected modern helicopters, aircraft, communication equipment, and weapons. They also showed special interest in a counter-terrorism demonstration.

During the visit, students met wounded soldiers at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar who were injured in various military operations.

Participants said the one-day program included tours of airbases, battalions, and the CMH, giving them insight into the army’s combat readiness, modern weaponry, and operational efficiency.
