Lahore: Pakistan clean-sweeps Australia in the T20 series after seven years.
Chasing a target of 208 runs, the Australian team got bundled up for just 96 runs. Pakistan won the third T20 by 111 runs.
Pakistan’s left-arm spinner Mohammad Nawaz has completely dismantled the Australian batting order.
In his four overs, Nawaz conceded only 18 runs while claiming five wickets, sending five Australian batsmen back to the pavilion.
Shaheen Shah Afridi has picked up two wickets so far, while Abrar Ahmed has taken one.
Earlier, Pakistan posted a formidable total of 207/6 in their innings. Saim Ayub scored 56, Babar Azam made 50, and Shadab Khan played a blistering cameo of 46 off just 19 balls, smashing five massive sixes.
Pakistan already holds an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match T20I series.
